What items are not permitted in Ice Castles?
To ensure a safe and magical experience for all of our guests, the items listed below are prohibited. Please note that we reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item, and these rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
The following items are not allowed at Ice Castles
- Firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind
- Objects or toys that appear to be firearms or weapons
- Recreational devices such as drones
- Tripod/monopod stands and lighting equipment for cameras
- Strollers or wheeled baby carriages of any kind
- Outside food or beverages
- Pets that are not deemed service animals
- Attire that is not appropriate for Ice Castles which may result in refusal of admittance includes but is not limited to:
- Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics.
- Clothing which exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.
