Ticket sales are final. Ticket dates and times may be changed for a fee as long as changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Please take this into considerations if there is inclement weather imminent or if you have a sudden change of circumstances.
Standby (or Walkup) tickets may be available for purchase at the location at a higher price. For the best price and guaranteed entry, purchasing tickets online in advance is recommended.
Sleigh rides are available at an additional charge and may be purchased when you reserve your tickets online. The sleighs rides are available after dusk, and will begin running at 6pm.
Peak Pricing is applied to any date Ice Castles is operating before January 5, as well as January 15, and February 19.
