Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my ticket purchase?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please start by checking your spam or junk folder to ensure the email did not go there. Otherwise, you may have entered your email address incorrectly, or your ticket purchase did not actually go through. To verify your purchase please contact us here to confirm whether or not you have tickets before attempting to purchase again.
Every time you attempt to purchase tickets our system will attempt to charge your card. If your card isn’t being declined for insufficient funds, it is most likely being declined because the billing address isn’t perfectly matching that which is on the card, or you are using a debit card that is not accepted by our system. In this case, the funds are being “reserved” on the account. These funds will be returned to your account within 3-7 business days. We will, however, do everything on our end to be sure that this is not an actual charge.
