I do not have a cell phone. How can I receive my tickets?

Do you offer email ticket delivery? Can I pick my tickets up at Ice Castles?

The only ticket delivery method we offer is mobile delivery. You will need an active cell phone number that receives SMS Messaging to purchase tickets. As a reminder, you will only receive one QR code per order; you will not receive multiple text messages if you purchase more than one ticket.

If you do not have an active cell phone number, you have the following options:

  • Ask another guest in your party to use their mobile phone number.
  • Enter in your landline phone number – you will not receive a text message with your tickets. You will need to bring a copy of your confirmation email for on-site staff to verify your purchase.
  • Purchase tickets on-site. Standby tickets may be available on-site for a higher price. Tickets are sold at a first come, first-served basis, so you run the risk of not being able to purchase tickets if the event is sold out.

Please do NOT enter in a random phone number to purchase tickets. We do not want your tickets to be delivered to someone who is not in your party.
