Can I bring a service animal? Can I bring my emotional support animal? Do you allow dogs?
We love our pets, too, but yellow ice and snow is not a great aesthetic. In the interest of safety and guest experience, only service animals are allowed at Ice Castles. Service animals are defined as working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities – such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, alerting and protecting people prone to seizures, or other tasks directly related to a disability.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ice Castles requires guests to leave pets at home to provide a safer and more positive experience for all attendees, including those pets.
Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. Event crew are not permitted to take control of service animals.
