Can I take pictures with my phone?
Yes! We encourage you to bring your cameras and phones as we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture a special moment. Handheld selfie sticks are also permitted, while supplemental equipment like lighting, tripods, etc. are not allowed. Please read our photography guidelines here before your visit and make sure to share your experience on social media using #IceCastles.
We also recommend ensuring your device is well-charged before visiting. The cold conditions tend to drain phone batteries faster than usual, especially phones when using the camera function. Our Ice Castle locations do not offer charging stations or outlets in the event you need to charge your device. If you leave the Castle to charge your device in your vehicle, you will not be allowed to re enter.
