Can I book a group visit or field trip outside of operating hours? How many tickets can be purchased in an online order? Do you offer group or nonprofit discounts?
We are happy to accommodate your group at Ice Castles! Please note that we cannot accommodate private group visits or field trips outside of our operating hours due to the required daily maintenance of our Castles. All visits must take place when Ice Castles is open.
Groups of 14 Guests or Fewer
If you would like to purchase tickets for a group of 14 guests or fewer please visit our website and choose your preferred location. Then click Buy Tickets to be taken to our availability calendar to choose your date and time.

We do not offer a discount to groups of 14 people or fewer.
Groups of 15 to 75 Guests
For group purchases between 15 and 75 tickets, you may also purchase your tickets directly on our website. After selecting your date and time, you will be presented with the option to add 15 tickets or more at the Group Rate to your order. All of our event pages are able to accommodate up to 75 tickets per order. If there are not enough tickets available for your group in one time slot, we would recommend purchasing back-to-back time slots. Ice Castles is a self-guided experience. Once you’re in Ice Castles you’re welcome to stay as long as you would like!

Groups of 76 Guests or More
If you would like to purchase tickets for a group of 76 people or more, please fill out our group request form and we will contact you to book your group.

Nonprofit Groups
We offer a 15% discount to groups of 14 guests or fewer that are associated with a 501(c)(3) organization. Tickets must be purchased in advance online to receive the discount. When making your purchase, click “Enter Promo Code” and apply the code “nonprofit24” to your order to receive the discount on all admission tickets purchased. You must present your organization’s name and tax ID number at the entrance when presenting your tickets.
If your nonprofit group has 15 to 75 guests, a 15% discount will automatically be applied when 15 or more tickets at the Group Rate have been added to an order as described in the “Groups of 15 to 75 Guests ” section above. If your non-profit group has 76 guests or more, please fill out the form linked in the “Groups of 76 guests or More” section above.
