Directions
Coming from the north: Take I-35W south. Merge onto Highway 36 East via Exit 23B on the left. Exit onto Snelling Avenue South. Turn right onto Hoyt Avenue and follow signs into the Fairgrounds.
Coming from the south: Take I-35W north to I-94 East. Exit on Snelling Avenue, then turn left and head north. Or take I-35E north to I-94 west. Exit on Snelling Avenue, then turn right and head north. Go past the main Fairgrounds entrance and turn left onto Hoyt Avenue and follow signs to Ice Castles.
Coming from the east: Take I-94 west to Snelling Avenue, then turn right and head north. Go past the main Fairgrounds entrance and turn left onto Hoyt Avenue and follow signs to Ice Castles.
Coming from the west: Take I-94 east to Snelling Avenue, then turn left and head north. Go past the main Fairgrounds entrance and turn left onto Hoyt Avenue and follow signs to Ice Castles.
Rideshare
Services like Uber and Lyft are reliable on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. We recommend using them during our busiest hours around the time of sunset.
Parking
Parking is in the Robin Lot located on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds adjacent to Ice Castles.
Shuttles
Because of the close proximity of the parking lots to Ice Castles, shuttles are not provided.
ADA Parking
Designated parking spots for guests with an ADA pass are located near the entrance to Ice Castles. Guests who do not have a pass may be dropped off at the entrance and/or picked up at the exit, if they choose.
