Please note that we cannot accommodate private group visits or field trips outside of our operating hours due to the required daily maintenance of our Castles. All visits must take place when Ice Castles is open.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groups of 14 Guests or Fewer<\/h2>\n<p>If you would like to purchase tickets for a group of 14 guests or fewer please visit our website and choose your preferred location. Then click Buy Tickets to be taken to our availability calendar to choose your date and time.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Discount<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>We do not offer a discount to groups of 14 people or fewer.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groups of 15 to 75 Guests<\/h2>\n<p>For group purchases between 15 and 75 tickets, you may also purchase your tickets directly on our website. After selecting your date and time, you will be presented with the option to add 15 tickets or more at the Group Rate to your order. All of our event pages are able to accommodate up to 75 tickets per order. If there are not enough tickets available for your group in one time slot, we would recommend purchasing back-to-back time slots. Ice Castles is a self-guided experience. Once you\u2019re in Ice Castles you\u2019re welcome to stay as long as you would like!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Discount<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>We offer a 15% discount to groups with 15-75 people. No other discounts may be applied.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groups of 76 Guests or More<\/h2>\n<p>If you would like to purchase tickets for a group of 76 people or more, please fill out our <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/pQpxKYekxDe3yMLY6\"><strong>group request form<\/strong> <\/a>and we will contact you to book your group.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Discount<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>A 15% discount is offered to groups of 76 people or more. No other discounts may be applied.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nonprofit Groups<\/h2>\n<p>We offer a 15% discount to groups of 14 guests or fewer that are associated with a 501(c)(3) organization. Tickets must be purchased in advance online to receive the discount. When making your purchase, click \u201cEnter Promo Code\u201d and apply the code \u201cnonprofit26\u201d to your order to receive the discount on all admission tickets purchased. You must present your organization\u2019s name and tax ID number at the entrance when presenting your tickets.<\/p>\n<p>If your nonprofit group has 15 to 75 guests, a 15% discount will automatically be applied when 15 or more tickets at the Group Rate have been added to an order as described in the \u201cGroups of 15 to 75 Guests \u201d section above.
