Before attempting to process an exchange, please read the exchange terms &amp; conditions below.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ticket transfer terms &amp; conditions:<\/b><\/h2>\n<h4><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All exchanges<\/span><\/i><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As per our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.showclix.com\/terms-of-service\"><b>Terms of Service<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, all ticket sales are non-refundable, and your ticket is only good for the date\/time indicated on your purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets are only valid for the person whose name is on the original ticket order. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All exchange requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to ticket availability as well as a fee of $15 per order.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-service exchanges<\/span><\/i><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets purchased can be exchanged through the Self-Service Exchange by <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">clicking the <\/span><b>Exchange Tickets<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button at the bottom of your receipt OR by logging into your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.showclix.com\/my-tickets\/login\"><b>MyTickets<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like to move your tickets to a more expensive day, you will <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">need to pay for the difference in price on your upgraded tickets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you transfer your<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tickets to a day &amp; time of lesser value than your original purchase, the price difference will <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> be refunded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some days and time slots sell quicker than others.
